I’m a revenue and customer strategy executive with deep experience leading SaaS, AdTech, and MarTech businesses, particularly advertising- and API-driven platforms.

My work centers on building post-sale organizations and systems that turn customer outcomes into predictable revenue. Over the course of my career, I’ve led global Customer Success and Ad Operations teams, owned portfolios exceeding $100M in ARR, and partnered closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Finance to improve retention, expansion, and platform monetization at scale.

I’m best known for redefining Customer Success as a revenue-owning function within digital marketing and advertising environments. That work shows up in how teams are structured, how performance is measured, and how systems support renewal, expansion, and advertiser success. I operate with a strong bias toward execution. Metrics, systems, and clear accountability matter more than theory.

Across 15+ years, I’ve worked in high-growth SaaS, AdTech, and MarTech organizations supporting enterprise, mid-market, and scaled customer segments. I’ve led teams through growth, re-architecture, and market pressure while improving retention, operating efficiency, advertising performance, and customer experience at the same time.

Alongside my operating roles, I speak at industry conferences and executive forums on post-sale strategy, platform monetization, digital marketing and advertising performance, organizational scale, and leading through change. My talks are grounded in real operating experience and designed for senior leaders responsible for revenue and execution.
