I’m a revenue and customer strategy executive operating at the intersection of SaaS, AdTech, and API-driven platforms.

My work focuses on designing and scaling post-sale systems that turn customer outcomes into predictable revenue. Across my career, I’ve built and led global Customer Success and Ad Operations organizations, owned portfolios exceeding $100M in ARR, and partnered closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Finance to modernize how companies retain, expand, and monetize customers at scale.

I’m known for transforming Customer Success from a service function into a revenue-owning operating model. That includes defining the right metrics, building the right systems, and aligning teams around clear accountability for renewals, expansion, and long-term value creation. My approach is pragmatic and data-driven — focused on execution, not theory.

Over the past 15+ years, I’ve worked across high-growth SaaS, digital advertising, MarTech, and platform businesses, navigating complexity across enterprise, mid-market, and scaled customer segments. I’ve led organizations through growth, re-architecture, and market volatility, consistently delivering strong retention, expansion, and operational efficiency outcomes while improving customer experience and internal clarity.

In addition to my operating leadership, I speak at industry conferences and executive forums on post-sale strategy, platform monetization, organizational scale, and leading through change. My talks are grounded in real-world experience and designed to be immediately applicable for senior leaders building durable, revenue-driven organizations.
